Can we book directly through Carnival??
Of course, HOWEVER keep in mind booking through carnival does not grant you access to our shows, concerts, dances, or anything we do as a group. You will be able to buy our LIMITED entertainment package of $650 that will allow you entry to the concerts and dances on board. This must be purchased PRIOR to boarding, We highly suggest booking through Boots in the Sand to guarantee that you are apart of our experience.
By when does my cruise need to be paid off?
Cruisers will have until OCTOBER 1st to pay everything off in full.
Do I need a passport?
No passport is needed, You will need a state-issued ID with a government-issued birth certificate upon check-in.
Can I pay in payments? How do the Payments work?
Yes of course you can pay in payments! The remaining balance after your deposit is split into monthly payments leading up to October. Payments are taken out each month we prefer on the 3rd. (if you’re needing a later payment date please call it is Subject to approval on a one-time basis)
Is there a cancellation policy?
There will be a $100 per person fee for all cancellations, along with any fee’s incurred by Carnival.
booked my boots in the sand cruise, what’s next?
At a later date, Boots in the Sand will send out an email with instructions on how to register directly with carnival to finalize your ticket and boarding.
What time does the ships return and depart?
We depart out of the Carnival Cruise Port 2502 Harborside Drive Galveston TX, 77550
Where are we departing?
Cruisers can access the terminal as early as 10:30 am, you will be assigned a time window and boarding will begin at approximately 12:30pm. Refer to carnival website for exact times and policy’s, Returning and disembarkation times will be provided on the ship.
When will we get our entertainment schedule?
Cruiser will get their itinerary for the week up to a week before departure.
